Sarah has over 20 years of market research supplier-side experience, with a focus on new product development, brand and advertising tracking, positioning and messaging development, and customer satisfaction with new products and services. She leverages her attention to detail to adroitly manage complex engagements, including multi-stage, multi-method, and long-term tracking studies.
Prior to joining Listen Research, Sarah was Partner and Senior Research Consultant with Zanthus, a full-service research boutique. She led Zanthus’ key accounts, including Nintendo of America, LinkedIn, First Data Corporation, and Sprint.
Sarah developed her research chops with earlier stints as Study Director at Market Strategies, and as Project Manager at Market Trends. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Lewis & Clark College.
